Goal: treadmill for at least 20 minutes everyday this week πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯ accomplished? ✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️ πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯ Is it bad to pat myself on the back? 😁😁I know 20 minutes isn't very long but in all reality I have to start somewhere. πŸ˜“πŸ˜…And I all reality it's all I've got everyday. It is what is it is. And at least I did it. Now to keep it going. That will be the challenge!
